During a flight layover, Ivy slipped under the radar for lunch and a trip down memory lane with Liam. When Steffy saw Ivy kiss Liam, Steffy halted Ivy's romantic intentions by stealing Liam away for a playdate with Kelly. Steffy had a sinking feeling about Finn not returning her calls, but she kept telling herself it had nothing to do with Sheila. Deacon and Finn stormed the abandoned building and rescued Sheila, who'd been chained to a wall. After revealing that she'd tried to stop Sugar from going after Steffy, Sheila was shocked to hear that everyone thought Steffy had killed her. Finn embraced Sheila as his mother. Meanwhile, Steffy expressed confidence to Liam that Sheila was out of their lives.

Jack coincidentally stumbled upon a drunken Nikki, but she rejected his attempts to get her to sober up. Jack decided to join Nikki by drinking with her. Nikki was horrified when she was unable to stop Jack from combining drugs and alcohol. Jack passed out, and Nikki called the paramedics, who determined that he would be fine. Victor was livid when he found Jack and Nikki together. Nikki agreed to go to rehab. Victor ordered Jack to stay away from Nikki. Traci confided her concerns about Ashley to Ashley's psychiatrist friend, Alan. Ashley's alter Belle flirted with Alan, but he rebuffed her advances. Ms. Abbott later took control over Ashley. Chance overheard Devon and Nate discussing their desire to remove Billy from Chancellor-Winters. Adam and Chelsea agreed to rely on one another as they struggled to navigate Connor's illness.
